Chocolate Mousse Ingredients: sugar, de-oiled cocoa powder 12%, skimmed milk powder, modifi ed starch, dark chocolate 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, clarifi ed butter, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifi er: soy lecithin); glucose syrup, hardened coconut fat, milk protein, thickeners: sodium alginate, guar gum; stabiliser: dipotassium phosphate; coffee extract, salt.
Directions: Pour cold water into the bag up to 6 cm on the scale (100 ml), then beat well until stiff. You may use more water.
