Description
The Island MFS Active is a particularly rugged, waterproof shoe from the BC category. Suitable for use in rugged, uneven terrain with heavy packs.
The shoes are made with MFS, Meindl's Memory Foam System. This means that there is memory foam in the shaft. Due to body temperature, the foam adapts perfectly to the shape of the ankle and heel. Which ensures an optimal fit. The Meindl Multigriff sole was developed by Vibram. It is a rigid sole with PU in the heel, so you can easily handle uneven terrain, but still have good cushioning. The rubber tread offers grip on many different surfaces. The shoe features a Gore-Tex lining.
